1. Submission Details

- Deadline: May 11, 2026

- Format: PDF named as [Your_Student_ID].pdf (e.g., B112035000.pdf).

2. Defense Slots

Slot 1: May 27 (15:30 – 18:30)

Slot 2: June 1 (14:00 – 17:00)

Slot 3: June 3 (15:30 – 18:30)

Note: Each slot is capped at 6 people. If preferences exceed capacity, final slots will be decided by a draw.

3. Important Notes

- Conflicts: If you are unavailable for a specific slot, state the reason in the "Additional Notes or Comments" section of the form.

- Committee: The department has assigned a committee. While personal advisors are welcome to attend, their presence is optional.

- Public Access: All defense sessions are open to the public.
